Chai Mamma was founded in 2009. Chai Mamma is a Sole Trader business which uses Fairtrade Certified Black Tea. Blended by hand with the freshest ground ingredients, promoting paper packaging and is against mass produced goods.

After drinking many varieties of Chai over the years in Melbourne I could not find one that was as authentic as Indian (Masala) Chai. My range uses Fair Trade Certified Black Tea, blended by hand using the following spices: Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Black Peppercorns, Star Anise and Ginger.

Chai Mamma's recipe has been developed and refined to ensure that the exact amount of Black Tea and Spices have been blended to give it that perfect strength and aroma.
