Chai mamma was founded in 2009. After drinking many average varieties of Chai in Melbourne, we wanted to perfect an authentic and unique Chai blend. Chai Mamma artisan tea range is being expanded to include Traditional Blends incorporating Australian Daintree tea. Our range is hand blended using exotic spices like Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Black Peppercorns, Star Anise and Ginger.
Chai Mamma uses Australian Daintree and Ceylon black teas. Our philosophy is to only use the freshest ground ingredients, promoting recyclable paper packaging as best practice, opting out of mass produced.
Chai Mamma’s recipes are developed and refined to ensure the exact amount of black tea and spices have been blended to give its teas that perfect strength and aroma.
